When we visit Tomar, like staying here. The property is charming and the staff is really kind! The twin room is outstanding and has central heating and multi-channel TV. The breakfast with cereal available in plentiful supply, juice, cheese is gorgeous and satisfactory for what is offered.

The guest room had comfortable chairs and antique-style furniture, and the location was fantastic, only a 10-15 minute walk from a modern museum nearby.

Located in the middle of the old section of Tomar, the Residencial Uniao is within walking distance of the Convento de Christo. Even though it's in the middle of the old section, the hotel is quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is served in a beautiful room overlooking a central courtyard. The hosts were helpful and friendly. A great value for the price.

I found the hotel quite genteel in person and place which made for a very pleasant stay.
It would have been good to have little recycling bins, at least for plastic bottles and paper.

Excellent location for simple rooms right in the middle of town. Rooms are a bit dated but bedroom was spotlessly clean. Mix of antique and mdf furniture in our room. Simple breakfast, but for the price for one night we were more than happy.

Staff is welcoming, location is great .
Old building so rooms are very small due to this some lack even dressers. Minimal commodity. Breakfeast is ok but again one serving only. Tv is local. No lift and no air of course so beside location...

Great location in a nice street with view on the castle. Friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is a bit old and dated, but that definitely has its charm! Good breakfast and nice atmosphere in the hotel.
Parking can't be done at the hotel but you need to park on the main road of Tomar (which can be quite busy).

Old, but cosy! Perfect location!
Very noisy, which wasnt a problem for us, but could be for light sleepers.
